- Investigar los factores que influyen en la prevalencia de lesión del cartílago articular en pacientes con lesión del ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA).
- Una mayor edad, una mayor duración entre la lesión y la cirugía y un resultado positivo en la prueba de cambio de pivote se asociaron positivamente con la prevalencia de lesión del cartílago en tres compartimentos en pacientes con lesiones del LCA.
- Se recomienda la reconstrucción temprana del LCA para prevenir la lesión del cartílago.
